Caitlin was a fantastic person to work with and an absolute asset to our event! From brainstorming to facilitation, Caitlin took the time to understand our needs and collaborate towards a solution. She joined us for our women in engineering conference and ran a workshop on finding your personal work style. She managed to transform a boring lecture room into a colourful and welcoming space for our students. Her facilitation style was upbeat and relatable. She balanced her time speaking, with opportunities for students to work in teams and rummage through a beautifully curated collection of clothing and accessories. It was clear that the students were drawn to her presence and ate up all the information they could get! Not only did she teach them about being true to themselves, but also how to be cognisant of their ecological footprint and use more sustainable ways to get their fashion fix.
